Chris Hubble brings extensive healthcare and M&A expertise when he helped start LuxMed Transition Strategies. Before starting and heading up LuxMed, Chris was the co-founder of a boutique DSO Eagle Dental Management where he played a pivotal role in supporting Eagle Dental’s partner doctors by providing essential administrative services to help the practices thrive in a competitive market. His experience at Eagle focused on enhancing operational efficiency and crafting tailored solutions to empower practice owners to provide exceptional care to their patients and community.

Chris also brings significant experience and understanding Medical Support Organizations (MSO) from his time working at MedSynergies. There, he managed the Midwest market, which included over 900 doctors producing over $200 million in revenue.

At LuxMed, Chris leverages his rich background in healthcare to help aesthetic and wellness practice owners navigate transitions with confidence. His deep industry knowledge on the intersection of healthcare and private equity, strategic insights and commitment to client success make him invaluable in maximizing practice value and ensuring smooth transactions in the growing aesthetics and wellness sector.

In his free time, Chris enjoys spending lots of quality time with his family, including his three children. When he’s not with his family, Chris enjoys doing anything outdoors. He can be found playing golf, fishing, and camping.

Rebecca serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Professional Transition Strategies (PTS), where she collaborates with all members of the company to optimize business operations and deliver exceptional service. Working closely with the President and founder of PTS, she helps develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive the organization’s growth and success.

Rebecca’s expertise in innovation and leadership is evident in her accomplishments, including spearheading the creation of PTS’s proprietary AI deep-learning tool, Julia.ai This game-changing practice transition matchmaker leverages advanced data analysis and deep learning to deliver faster, smarter, and more precise matchmaking for practice transitions, revolutionizing the dental industry. Additionally, she engineered and custom-designed the company’s CRM, transforming workflows, elevating client management, and amplifying operational efficiency. Rebecca leads the business development, marketing/PR, and data analysis teams, fostering growth and driving excellence through actionable insights and innovative strategies. Her contributions have been instrumental in PTS being recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies in the country for five consecutive years.

Originally from Oklahoma, Rebecca now calls Colorado home. When she’s not helping steer PTS to new heights, she enjoys fishing, snow skiing, and spending quality time with her husband and two sons.



Ann Rash is Vice President of Strategic Transitions at PTS. She has a Business Management Degree from Johnson and Wales University. After managing several restaurants across New England, Ann returned to school to earn an additional bachelor’s degree is Paralegal Studies. As a Paralegal, Ann specialized in workers’ compensation defense and was an expert in recovering funds for clients from the NH Second Injury Fund. On the defense side, Ann assisted insurance companies and self-insured employers to mitigate exposure and defend against workers’ compensation claims.

For the past 15 years Ann has been assisting clients with their marketing needs and developing custom marketing and advertising plans for high-end clients. She has worked with event professionals to increase their targeted outreach and expand brand awareness. Ann is a seasoned professional who is exceptional at bringing valuable insight to any discussion with passion and enthusiasm. Ann’s passion is customer service which allows her to help doctors with goals for their practice and provide options for successful transitions.

Ann and her family have recently relocated to Florida, where they can enjoy the sunshine and boating and biking year-round. Growing up in New England, she is a huge hockey fan and is often seen cheering on her Boston Bruins.

Carrie Naroian is Vice President of Practice Strategy at the PTS Group. A graduate of the University of Louisville, Carrie began her career in Human Resources with a leading Fortune 500 company before making the leap into sales and marketing, where she has spent the past 25 years. What she enjoys most is building genuine relationships, getting to know her clients and their businesses, and creating meaningful partnerships.

Originally from New England, Carrie has called Alabama, Kentucky, and Colorado home before settling on Hutchinson Island, Florida, where she now enjoys flip-flop weather every day, the beach, trail riding, and coastal living.

Mark completed two bachelor’s degrees in Finance and International Business from New Mexico State University, and later a master’s degree in Finance from Arizona State University. He has experience helping small business owners plan and prepare for retirement while at Vanguard. Mark has also prepared the financial reports for mutual fund products while at BNP Paribas, helping them establish their domestic financial services division.

Mark incorporates an analytical and forward looking approach in his work. Collaboration and communication are a part of his core principles he implements throughout the valuation process.

Outside of work, Mark loves checking out local cafes, going to standup comedy shows, and sharing his playlists with anyone who will listen.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Baylor University, Jennifer became a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She began her career in public accounting as an auditor of financial service companies before finding her true passion in the dental industry. For over ten years, Jennifer served as a practice manager and accountant in the dental field, where she discovered a passion for developing businesses, mentoring staff, and driving practice growth through operational efficiency.

Jennifer’s deep understanding of both dentistry and finance allows her to deliver expert valuation services tailored to the needs of dental professionals. Her faith is the most important thing in her life, shaping how she leads, serves, and approaches every relationship—with integrity, compassion, and a desire to make a meaningful impact. She thrives in team environments, values collaboration, and brings an enthusiastic, team-spirited energy to every endeavor.

Now living in Colorado, Jennifer finds joy in family life, serving her church, traveling with friends and family, and soaking in as many live sporting events as possible. She is especially proud to have supported her husband throughout his 27-year military career, a journey that strengthened her sense of purpose, gratitude, and resilience.

Sophie is a dynamic expert in public relations, marketing and communications within the professional services and B2B sectors. In her role as Director of Marketing and Communications, she harnesses her creative prowess to develop and implement innovative campaigns that resonate with dental entrepreneurs. Sophie is also responsible for PTS’ brand management, advertising and digital media campaigns, earned media strategy, and industry partnerships.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Sophie finds joy being outside. She relishes the opportunity to challenge herself as an avid golfer and skier. Pushing boundaries and embracing adventure mirrors her approach to both her personal and professional life.

Sophie graduated from Cleveland State University in 2018 and received her bachelor’s degrees in Film, Television and Interactive Media and Journalism.

Bailey Jones, MBA graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and later earned her MBA from Colorado State University in 2026. Her academic background strengthened her skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and strategic decision-making, which have contributed to her success across a variety of professional roles.

Bailey previously worked in the tourism industry in Orange Beach, Alabama, where she developed a strong foundation in customer experience and operations. Earlier in her career, Bailey worked for a local criminal defense and personal injury law firm as a criminal defense investigator, maintaining strict client confidentiality and managing critical case information for trial preparation. Prior to that, she excelled in door-to-door sales in Colorado, achieving the highest sales performance for several consecutive months.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys trail running or biking, swimming on a US Masters Team, and exploring philosophical topics. Her drive for excellence, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to helping others succeed have positively impacted every organization she has been a part of, and she is excited to bring that same energy and dedication to PTS.

Kaile Vierstra has a long background in quality customer service, marketing, and office management. She firmly believes that people do business with people they like- and is positive that you’ll like doing business with PTS. Coming from a sports background, she is highly goal-oriented and applies this to her work ethic with PTS. When marketing your practice, Kaile’s unique voice highlights not only the dental opportunity but the entire life experience of the dental practice, community and lifestyle. PTS does things a little differently and we pride ourselves on thinking outside of the box; the same goes for the marketing of your practice. An active go-getter, Kaile and the marketing team don’t wait for interested parties to reach out – she actively seeks out buyers with fresh, innovative methods.

Kaile is excited to be part of the PTS team and maintain the high level of communication the company is known for. Kaile graduated from Western Kentucky University and her love of racing and riding mountain bikes brought her to Colorado Springs. She has since fallen in love with the community and lack of humidity. When not in the office, you’ll find her in North Cheyenne Canon Park on her mountain bike, rock climbing, or trying to tire her Rhodesian Ridgeback, Stratton.

Brent Anderson had the opportunity to help lead the largest dental group on their M&A team buying offices all over the United States, now having been a part of over 300 practice transitions throughout his career. Brent enjoys the relationship aspect of truly understanding what’s important to his clients and building a lifetime friendship with the people he helps navigate through exploring all the different transition options that are in the market. As Brent feels it’s important to have representation to make sure you make the right choice in your decision with your future partners as you typically will only have one chance at doing this with your dental practice. With Brent’s experience on the buy-side and his passion for truly wanting to do what’s best for his clients, this will be a winning receipt for his future success for his clients.

Kim has worked in dentistry for the last 30 years. She spent those early years managing and leading large dental practices. Kim eventually served as Director of Operations overseeing multiple dental practices and specialized in the pre and post-acquisition process, until forming her own company, True North Dental Solutions. At True North, Kim focused on practice start-ups, practice management, and continued consulting through the pre and post-acquisition process. Kim went on to merge her company with the Avitus Group to start Avitus Dental Management Solutions, a full service dental consulting firm to include building a successful in-house virtual dental billing company.

Kim is a Certified Professional Business Coach and holds memberships with ADMC, DEN, and AADOM. Kim’s strengths are found in Leadership, Business Development, Business Transition, Startups, and Team Development. Kim is married and has 2 grown children. She loves to run, hike, and to spend time with family and friends, and a day is not complete without reading a good book! One of her greatest accomplishments is co-founding a non-profit with her husband, David, where they Educate, Encourage, and Empower indigenous pastors and church leaders through a literacy program in Uganda, East Africa.

Upon earning his bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Professional Selling from Baylor University in 2004, Matt began his career with the largest provider of health products and services rendered to the office-based practitioner in the world. His roles and responsibilities included business and infrastructure development for both private practice dentists as well as dental service organizations. Matt personally facilitated value for a wide range of clients in seeding over 850 dental offices. He was the dental industry’s top producer in revenue for 8 years and had proximity to more than 100M of transacted value. During this tenure, his consultative services included project/practice planning, real estate evaluation, construction evaluation, office design, and maximization of in-office efficiencies. Many of his clients pivoted after their first few ventures, established economies of scale, honed their operations, and transformed themselves into the market leading dental service organizations.

In recent years he has aided healthcare startups in order to navigate sales, scale, and trajectory for both B2B and B2C oral healthcare companies. One of Matt’s most feverish passions is the little known and often overlooked link between oral health and systemic wellness. Matt found great purpose through assisting doctors in conceiving their vision of oral healthcare service from inception through the process of entrepreneurship. Now, he has the privilege of facilitating that same vision on the other side of their career in navigating an effective and purposeful merger or acquisition nurtured by the Professional Transition Strategies team. If you can’t catch this proud father chasing his two kids around Dallas he’s likely indulging in live music or attending an open-wheel racing event.

Gabby is a proud graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in communications with honors—and with a deep love for island life. After spending several years soaking up the sun, surf, and aloha spirit, she returned to her home state of Colorado to be closer to family (though she still dreams about beach days on the regular).

Gabby brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work, fueled by her curiosity and love of meaningful connection. Whether she’s deep in conversation, diving into a new project, or juggling a hundred creative ideas at once, she’s all about heart and clarity.

When she’s not working, you can find her curled up with a good book, cheering during a soccer match, or planning her next travel adventure with her husband. She’s also a devoted K-pop fan (don’t get her started unless you’ve got time), a beach bum at heart, and firmly believes coffee should always be iced—no exceptions.

Jess has grown up in the dental industry for nearly his entire life. His grandfather, father, uncle, two cousins, and younger brother are all either retired dentists, currently practicing, in dental school or applying. While similarly emersed in dentistry as his family, Jess approaches it from a different angle. He has completed his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Baylor University. He has experience helping mid-sized firms through the auditing process as an audit intern with Ernst and Young. Jess now uses his experiences with both business and dentistry at Professional Transition Strategies to help set up doctors for a successful retirement and practice sale.

Outside of work, Jess loves to rock climb, mountain bike, and snowboard. He also loves to read various types of novels, poetry, and documentaries as well as some occasional writing.

Kenny, a proud Colorado Springs native, is a finance pro who’s been happily sucked into the world of Excel, and he brings a unique blend of analytical expertise and client-focused advisory experience to his work in finance. Whether it’s digging into financial statement analysis, crafting financial models, or presenting insights to various stakeholders, he loves every part of the process.

A graduate of the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, Kenny earned his degree in Finance and a minor in Information Systems, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Kenny’s strength lies in his relentless curiosity, always digging deeper to uncover insights and opportunities others might miss.

When he’s not crunching numbers, you can find Kenny geeking out over sports, lifting heavy things in the gym, plotting his next travel adventure, or getting lost in a good book (probably something finance related, but hey, a guy’s gotta have fun too).

Shannon, originally from Georgia, now calls Colorado home. She attended the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, a picturesque town so charming it even served as a Hallmark movie location. Guided by her faith, love for family, and passion for football, Shannon finds joy in new experiences, including an annual beach getaway and trips with friends to explore different college football stadiums.

In 2001, Shannon and her husband moved to Colorado, where they are raising a son currently attending Grand Canyon University. Her professional background includes roles as a dental assistant, dental insurance coordinator, and most recently, as the manager of a real estate marketing company co-owned by her husband, Tyler. Shannon is dedicated to helping those around her achieve their goals, and she’s excited to bring her expertise to the PTS team.

Lauren Austin was born and raised in Colorado Springs and attended Pikes Peak State College, where she studied business. She began her career in the real estate industry, working as a title closer for five years before joining the PTS team as a transaction coordinator. Her experience in real estate strengthened her accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex processes with confidence, allowing her to consistently deliver thorough, reliable results.

Lauren brings a strong sense of integrity and genuine care to her work, always aiming to create meaningful, lasting impact. She excels in collaborative environments, contributing a positive, team‑focused energy that helps move projects forward. Known for elevating every project she touches, Lauren never misses the small details and is dedicated to supporting her team from start to finish.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys reading anything she can get her hands on, spending time with her husband and their pups, and traveling to any destination with a beach.
